Communication is a priority at Crossroads Continuum and we use many channels to reach parents and families. All parents/guardians of enrolled students should complete our Parent/Guardian Contact Information and Consent Form using the link below. This will allow us to send you important program communications, as well as organizational updates. There are also questions regarding the Parent Advisory Group (PAG), fundraising, and other ways to get involved.

At Crossroads Continuum we use a variety of media to promote our programs, educate the community, and communicate with families. Often, video and pictures are important for telling our story and capturing the energy of our programs.

Please take a moment to provide or deny consent for photos and videos of your student to be used in Crossroads Continuum materials and outreach.
