Center-Based and Home-Based Services

Our Program provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (Autism) and related developmental, behavioral, and communication needs and may also address co-occurring conditions such as anxiety, attention difficulties, and other developmental or behavioral needs. Services are delivered in the home, on our Marlborough campus, and in the community.

Services are individualized based on assessment findings and may include one-to-one and small-group ABA instruction, caregiver training, and BCBA supervision to support skill development and generalization across settings.

Service Models

  • Services are individualized based on assessment findings and clinical need. Treatment may be delivered through direct or consultative models and is designed to support skill development and generalization across settings.

  • Direct treatment includes one-to-one and small-group ABA instruction delivered by Behavior Therapists (BTs), with ongoing supervision, caregiver training, and treatment planning by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Services are typically delivered at a comprehensive level of intensity, with the number of service hours determined based on assessment findings, clinical need, and client availability. Services may be adjusted to a more focused model when appropriate to target a smaller number of goals.

  • The consultative model focuses on caregiver education, training, and support, with the Behavior Analyst working directly with caregivers to develop and implement effective strategies.

This model typically involves fewer service hours than direct treatment and emphasizes generalization and carryover across home and community environments.

  • Our Behavior Analysts are Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Licensed Applied Behavior Analysts (LABA) who hold a master’s degree or higher in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field. They have completed required coursework, supervised fieldwork, and a competency-based certification examination.

Our Behavior Therapists (BTs), including Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), are trained in the principles and implementation of ABA and provide direct services under the supervision of a BCBA.

Center-Based Services

  • Services are delivered on our Marlborough campus in a structured environment designed to support skill development, independence, and social interaction. Programming includes one-to-one and small-group ABA instruction, as well as structured social skills groups and center-based activities.

  • Located at 295 Donald J. Lynch Boulevard in Marlborough, MA, our center provides access to a variety of structured learning and recreational environments. These include a fully furnished apartment, desensitization spaces (e.g., hair salon and medical/dental settings), an occupational therapy (OT) gym, a fitness space, and a recreation room.

Clients also have access to indoor and outdoor spaces that support group activities, social interaction, and physical development, including a gym for games such as dodgeball and soccer, a recreation room with structured activities and video games, and outdoor areas such as a playground, garden, and sports court.
