Our newest program builds on 20-years of success working with individuals with autism and related disorders.

Much like a Town Commons, Crossroads Continuum Commons brings individuals together and celebrates community. Our program is designed to maximize each individual’s independence and enrich their life through a range of off-site activities. The program uses a person-centered approach to develop, enhance, or maintain skills that allow each individual to thrive in their community.
