BE A MISSION MAKER.
I hope as you consider your giving plans this year, you make plans to have an impact on people with autism and related disorders. Your contribution will make a real difference in their lives. Long-time Crossroads Continuum parent, Laura Price, shared with us why she's motivated to donate and fundraise to support Crossroads Continuum, as well as the impact our programs have had and will have on her family.
We've been privileged to be a Crossroads Continuum family since 2015. The enrollment of our son Alex in the School was a game changer for our family. He immediately LOVED the structured curriculum, and the highly trained staff capitalized on his strengths and his interests so he quickly began to flourish. Our older son Aaron has been accepted into the soon-to-be-launched "Commons" adult program where he'll work on activities of daily living, vocational jobs, and other skill building activities.
Crossroads Continuum has created a community where families are provided a limitless amount of support coupled with a real sense of belonging. We owe this organization in spades and look forward to supporting its mission and expansion for years to come.
As a Trustee, I am grateful for families like the Price's who choose to enroll their children in our programs and are partners in making a difference. As we wrap up this fundraising campaign and kick off 2023, I hope you will choose to support the families we serve by donating or joining me as a Volunteer.
With gratitude,
Cathy

Crossroads Continuum’s
Strategic Plan
We were fortunate to receive a Capacity Building Grant from the Doug Flutie, Jr. Foundation to work with Civitas Strategies on the development of our Strategic Plan.
Crossroads Continuum recognized the needs of the autism community and launched a Strategic Plan with three high-impact goals to support more people like Joe and Leslie.
Become a multi-service, community-based agency that provides supports and services for children, youth, and adults with autism.
Retain and develop the staff needed to provide high-quality, effective services for children, youth, and adults.
Ensure the sustainability of the organization.
This #GivingTuesday, you’re invited to join us in fundraising to support these goals.

#GIVINGTUESDAY OVER THE YEARS
On Tuesday, November 29, individuals and communities around the world once again came together for one common purpose—to celebrate generosity and to give. Since our first #GivingTuesday in 2015, our community’s generosity has:
Put SMARTBoards in every classroom at Crossroads School
Built a playground
Installed the Prozinski Family Sport Court
Gave all our staff laptops just before COVID-19 required us all to shift to remote work
Provided technology to families for telehealth and remote-learning
Gave us the space to return to full-time, in-person instruction during COVID-19
Your support has helped people with autism master educational and vocational objectives, achieve therapeutic goals, given families access to services, and kept us all moving forward.
